I can't argue with you. Poor unfortunate souls is a great song. The next one in my list is Mother klKnows Best from Tangled.

And then of course there's "Hellfire", where Frollo tries to reconcile his unshakable belief that he is on the Side of Good with his physical longing for Esmeralda and resolves the conflict by metaphorically (and very soon literally) torching Esmeralda and thereby consigning her to the category of Bad Thing, threatening to burn down all of Paris in the process.

In song form!

But seriously, I agree: Poor Unfortunate Souls is a masterpiece of villain songs.

I like Hunchback, but I've always been amazed at how Disney got away with a G rating on that one. The villain's motivation is straight-up lust!
